Summons Minion

The Winged Star Staff is a craftable Pre-Hardmode summon weapon. It summons a winged star minion that follows the player, rapidly teleporting above and divebombing any nearby enemies similar to any falling star projectiles. Like other minions, the summoned winged star is invincible and follows the player for an unlimited amount of time, unless the player dies, exits the world, summons a replacement minion, or cancels the buff.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. While Mythical provides the widest array of stat bonuses, these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only lasting advantage mythical has over ruthless is knockback.
