The Eye of the Stormfish is a flawless Pre-Hardmode magic weapon that is dropped by the Storm Cloudfish when defeated without taking any damage from it. When used, it creates a cloudy vortex around the cursor that spirals inwards, firing an instant bolt of lightning in the direction of the cursor's current position after about half a second. Its best method for ease of use is to keep the cursor trained on the target at all times, since the lightning will automatically target it without any further input from the player regardless of the vortex's position. However, the vortices can only be placed within the player's line of sight and the lightning cannot penetrate blocks, providing some difficulty against enemies that can phase through terrain.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
