The Worm Spewer is a Hardmode magic weapon that drops from Convective Wanderers. It spews worms that act much like actual worm enemies, curving through the air and tiles to home in on enemies. The worms can have multiple segments and be of any length depending on how long the button is held for, and each segment will disappear on impact. If there are no nearby enemies to target, the worms will fly straight at the angle they were fired at until they find one.

Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic, which both increase the average damage output equally. It cannot receive modifiers affecting mana cost or speed due to how low their values are.
