The Shade Storm is a Hardmode magic weapon that is dropped by Light Eaters. On use, it fires two shadow vortexes at once in opposite directions that curve in a fairly tight circle; at any point on this circle, it has a chance to adjust its trajectory so that the circle is now along its new path in a manner that takes it in an S-shaped curve, and it is significantly more likely to curve if its new path would take it closer to a nearby enemy.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
