The Halocline is a craftable Pre-Hardmode magic weapon. It fires a large sphere of briny water that flies in a gravity-affected arc, splitting into four smaller blobs on impact with anything that maintain the large blob's momentum, bouncing off of terrain and shrinking in both size and damage with each bounce or hit until they disappear entirely. On a direct hit, the large blob will also inflict three seconds of Desiccating.

Its best modifier is Demonic or Deadly for overall damage output, or Mystic for mana conservation since it cannot receive modifiers affecting knockback.
