The Eyeruption is a flawless Pre-Hardmode ranged weapon that that is dropped by the Eye of Cthulhu when defeated without taking any damage from it. When used, the player throws a spread of three friendly Servants of Cthulhu upwards, which will curve down to home in on nearby enemies. They will disappear on impact with enemies or terrain and cannot swerve upward, inevitably falling down to the ground after beginning their descent.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
