Flawless items (Polarities Mod)

Flawless items are a special class of item exclusive to items in the Polarities Mod that are dropped by its bosses as well as those from vanilla Terraria only if the player takes no damage from them during their battle. Each has a unique multicolored rarity tooltip that shifts through several colors associated with that boss, and their tooltips are appended with the word "Flawless" in a similar manner to Expert mode-exclusive items. Dodging attacks, such as via the Black Belt or other similar effects, does not count as getting hit.

Despite being a vanilla weapon, the mod counts Terraprisma as a flawless item, due to its similar method of acquisition. Aside from having a multicolored rarity and the "Flawless" tooltip added, it remains unchanged, and the Empress of Light still must have all damage dealt during the day for the drop.
