The Titanium Warhammer is a craftable Hardmode warhammer. Like all warhammers, it is swung over the player's head and reduces the defense of hit enemies, but only the hammer's head deals damage so some precision is required to use it effectively. However, right-clicking instead causes the player to thrust it towards the cursor like a spear, dealing halved damage and knockback and preventing it from inflicting Hammered but being much easier to hit with.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
