The Lernaean is a Hardmode yoyo that is rarely dropped by Hydra heads. Upon hitting an enemy, it will spawn a smaller duplicate of itself that orbits the main yoyo, piercing through enemies without bouncing off. Up to four smaller yoyos can be present at once, and they will only linger for a couple seconds before despawning.

Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic. Both increase the average damage output equally.
