Hydras are a Hardmode enemy that spawn in Marble Caves. Appearing with one / one to three head(s) connected to a stationary body, the heads will attack by either lunging at the player or spitting terrain-piercing sprays of venom aimed upwards to fall onto them, both of which will inflict Venom. When a head is killed, it will spawn two additional heads in its place, up to a maximum of nine in total; killing the body will instantly kill all attached heads.
