Mussels are a Pre-Hardmode enemy found in Salt Caves. They remain stationary in place, never moving and immune to knockback, firing volleys of three bouncing pearls at the player's position over a few seconds. The pearls will bounce off of walls and rebound several times until they run out of momentum and shatter, making them quite dangerous in the cramped quarters of the Salt Caves.
