The Batty Pen Drive is a pet summoning item that has a 25% chance of dropping from the Gigabat in Master Mode. It summons a set of three bats to follow the player; the smallest 'bat' and medium 'kilobat' orbit around the largest 'megabat' like how the Gigabat's swarm flies around it, which in turn follows the player normally.

Trivia

• In addition to referencing the real-life megabat family (which Gigabat's name is derivative of), the names of the pets are a nod to the byte formats used for computer storage, in order of bytes, kilobytes, and megabytes. The buff's tooltip also references bits, which are one eighth of a byte.
