Treasure Bags are consumable items obtained in Expert Mode as a reward for defeating bosses. Its contents depend on the boss it comes from. They are opened by either right-clicking it inside the inventory or using it while it is in your hand. In multiplayer, each player that is online at the end of the battle receives one Treasure Bag each. Treasure Bags are client-side and will despawn if you exit the world.

Each Treasure Bag contains the boss's usual drops from Normal Mode, along with at least one Expert Mode-exclusive item (orange-highlighted items below). Additionally, the Treasure Bags of the Polarities Mod's Hardmode bosses (Sun Pixie, Esophage, and Convective Wanderer) have a 5% chance to drop a random developer set alongside their normal loot.

	Gigabat	Feral Fang	Afflicts the player with Feral Bite and immunity to all the debuffs caused by it, but slightly decreases damage output.
	Sun Pixie	Everlight	Lights up a large area around the cursor while held, and increases view range with right-click similar to the Sniper Scope.
	Esophage	Adaptive Genes	Boosts damage and critical strike chance at higher health, and movement speed and life regeneration at lower health.
	Convective Wanderer	Building Eruption	Hold Building Eruption (default I) to charge towards your cursor; recharges over time in four stages that affect maximum distance.
