The Hallowed Star is a non-consumable Hardmode boss summon item used to summon the Sun Pixie outside of The Rapture. It is usable anywhere at any time, but if you try to use it while another Sun Pixie has already been summoned, nothing will happen. It will drop from the final enemy defeated during the Rapture before the Sun Pixie spawns naturally, allowing it to be easily refought without going through the entire event each time.
