The Infernia Crystal is a Hardmode boss summon item used to summon Betsy outside of the Old One's Army, allowing for easy refighting without having to go through the entire event again. It is dropped by the Eternia Crystal during the post-Plantera tier 3 event, at the end of the semifinal wave just before Betsy appears normally. If used while Betsy is already present, nothing will happen.
