The Strange Barometer is a tool dropped by the Storm Cloudfish. Left-clicking with it toggles rain in the world, causing it if it is not currently raining and canceling it if it is, while right-clicking toggles wind in a similar manner, allowing the player to trigger a Windy Day at will.
