Batula is a Pre-Hardmode book that is purchased from the Ghostwriter for 5 after the Gigabat is defeated. When used, it allows the player to glide by holding ↷ Jump to drastically reduce their falling speed, and prevents all fall damage regardless of whether they are gliding or not.
