The Soul Crusher is a craftable Pre-Hardmode warhammer. Like all warhammers, it is swung over the player's head and reduces the defense of hit enemies, but only the hammer's head deals damage so some precision is required to use it effectively. It is the Corruption counterpart of the Heart Beater; compared to it, it has less range, damage and Hammered duration but a significantly faster use time.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
