The Magnetic Streams is a Hardmode magic weapon that is dropped by The Polarities. When used, it generates eight equidistant streams of light that spread out in a circle around the player, curving to converge on their cursor in a pattern resembling a magnetic field. The beams will pass through terrain and can stretch out infinitely, dealing rapid damage to any enemies in their way, and will automatically lock on to any on-screen enemies.

Its best modifier is Demonic for damage output or Mystic for mana conservation since it cannot receive knockback affecting modifiers. Additionally, speed does little to no affect to the weapon's overall DPS, because the attack is channeled and it would only benefit the first initial use.

Notes

• This weapon provides around as much DPS on a single target as the last prism.
