The Scab Stabber is a craftable Hardmode melee weapon created by upgrading the Twisted Tendril with Hemorrhagic Fluid. It functions similarly, throwing a dagger in a curving arc that can be stacked to throw multiple at once, but it travels much faster, can penetrate enemies up to twice before disappearing on the third hit, and up to five can be stacked into a single slot.
