The Iterator is a craftable Hardmode gun. A selfsimilar upgrade of the Cantor Shot, it behaves similarly (shooting four simultaneous pairs of bullets at varying speeds that separate more noticeably the farther they travel), but each bullet that hits an enemy causes the weapon to shoot an additional bullet towards the cursor. While the initial spray is fired at a fixed angle, the extra shots are all aimed directly towards the cursor's position, allowing them to have a curved spread or even shoot in an entirely different direction than the initial shot.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
