The Blacklight is a Hardmode melee weapon that drops from the Eclipxie. When used, it creates a purple laser beam with infinite reach that points towards the cursor as it waves in a back-and-forth motion for as long as ⚒ Use / Attack is held, piercing through tiles to hit anything in its path. It is the Eclipxie counterpart of the Laser Cutter.

Its best modifier is Godly or Demonic. Both increase the average damage output equally.
