The Bloody Blood Cell is a pet summoning item that has a 25% chance of dropping from the Hemorrphage in Expert Mode. It summons a small Hemorrphage-like entity to follow the player, which constantly moves by using its legs to climb on nearby walls in a similar manner to spider-type enemies. However, it does not require walls to move, and can travel through the air freely as well.
