Turbulence Sparks are a Hardmode enemy found in the Fractal Ocean. Behaving similarly to Fractal Points initially, they idly hover in place normally, but will charge at the player, homing in and traveling through tiles, when attacked. On impact, they will explode and inflict the Turbulence debuff, which acts similarly to Distorted and pushes the player randomly in all directions.
