Santa's Explosive Boomstick is a hardmode shotgun dropped from the Santa-NK1 or crafted from Mechanical Scrap. Each shot fired fires out multiple bullets and creates an explosion at the end of the barrel damaging all enemies within reach.
- Left clicking will fire both barrels in succession, creating a medium sized explosion dealing twice the bullet damage both times, and consuming 1 ammo for each barrel, and firing 4-5 bullets each time.
- Right clicking will fire both barrels at once, resulting in a larger explosion that deals quadruple the damage of the bullets, has 1.5x knockback, and also double the amount of bullets will be fired. This consumes 2 ammo at once and fires 8-10 bullets
Additionally right clicking while in the air will propel the player backwards a significant amount. Both methods of firing will have a 50 frame cooldown before they can be used again.

Notes
- The left click will fire twice with a use time of 15 between shots.
- The left click explosions will deal a minimum of 154 damage if musket balls are used, and the right click explosion will deal a minimum of 308.
- A point blank right click will deal anywhere between 924 and 1078 damage providing all bullets hit, if both left click shots hit the damage will add up to be the same.
Trivia
- The explosion effect of this weapon is a reference to the Jury-Rigged Boomstick from Deep Rock galactic, which has a damaging shockwave in front of the weapon when it is fired, and overclocks that allow both barrels to be fired at once, or to propel the player into the air.
