Tagging an enemy with the Spider whip, allowing the minion to deal more damage and slow down the enemy.
The Web Staff is a pre-hardmode whip that is found in webbed covered chests, and can also rarely drop from Wall Creepers. It grants summons 3 tag damage against enemies, and the tagged enemy has a 20% chance to be inflicted with the Cobwebbed debuff which slows them down when hit by a summon for 2 seconds.
Notes
- The whip has 50% damage falloff per enemy.
- The slowdown effect does not work on bosses.
Trivia
- It has the lowest damage, tag damage, and range of any whip in the mod or vanilla.
