The Cursed Spear Shotgun is a Pre-Hardmode spear-shotgun hybrid obtained from locked dungeon chests or rarely dropped from any enemy in the dungeon. Left clicking makes it act as a spear that inflicts Hellfire for 1 second and ignores 10 defense. Right clicking uses it as a shotgun with low spread that fires 4 bullets which deal half the damage of the spear. The shotgun fire uses bullets as ammo.

Notes

• The shotgun has a reuse delay of 20 frames, meaning it can be fired every 40 frames.
• The alt fire is affected by melee damage buffs, but the projectiles fired are ranged.
