Reflecting projectiles with the Nine Lives

Nine Lives is a prehardmode unique melee spinner-boomerang hybrid weapon crafted from 2 Sickles, Hellstone Bars, and Broken Hearts. Left clicking causes the weapon to be spun around indefinitely, damaging and knocking back any enemy that comes in range. Right clicking throws out 2 sickles in succession that act like boomerangs, and also deals 25% more damage. This weapon also receives double the benefits from the Reaper's List.

Projectile reflection

Right clicking while spinning the weapon will cause it to spin faster and reflect most projectiles back at enemies, damaging them. The reflection window lasts for 15 frames and has a 2.5 second cool down between uses.

• The weapons has a bonus of 36% damage and 18% crit with 9 collected souls from the Reaper's List.
• Reflected projectiles damage scales with difficulty.
• A swing sound effect will play when the reflection cool down timer is over.

Trivia

• This weapon is a reference to Death's weapons from Puss in Boots 2, the name referencing how cats have nine lives.
