The Derpling Scepter rapidly firing out mini and large Derpling shell fragments

The Derpling Scepter is a Post-Plantera magic weapon that rapidly sprays out mini Derpling shells that obey grvaity. Each shot has a 1 in 10 chance to fire a larger slower moving shell that homes into enemies and split into several smaller shells on impact.
