The Web Staff's projectiles sticking to the ground and dealing damage to enemies

The Web Staff is a pre-hardmode magic weapon that is found in webbed covered chests, and can also rarely drop from Wall Creepers. It fires out blobs of web that stick to surfaces for a short time and deal damage to enemies that touch them.

Notes

• The projectiles deal 10% less damage each time they damage an enemy.
• The blobs can pierce once in air, but once they hit a surface they can pierce 5 times.
• The projectiles deal no knockback once stuck to a surface.
