Tagging an enemy with the forbidden whip, allowing a summon to crit it and create the blast of forbidden sand.

The Forbidden Whip is a hardmode whip crafted from Forbidden Bars. The whip grants 12% summon crit chance against tagged enemies, and also causes the targetted enemy to fire a blast of forbidden sand towards a nearby enemy that inflicts the Forbidden Burn debuff.
