Forbidden Arrows speeding up and piercing enemies

Forbidden Arrows are a hardmode arrow crafted from Forbidden Bars. They initially have a low velocity, but after 30 frames they quickly accelerate and stop obeying gravity, while also dealing an extra 10% damage and piercing 3 times.
