Attacking enemies with Asteroid Arrows

Asteroid Arrows are a hardmode arrow crafted from a Asteroid bars. When fired out they will quickly come to a stop while facing the cursor, they will then quickly charge towards the cursor, ignoring gravity and piercing an infinite amount of times.
