Tagging enemies with the Asteroid Belt increasing damage delt and allowing crits, note how the fragments only fall onto the enemy with the target reticle.

The Asteroid Belt is a hardmode whip crafted from Asteroid bars. The whip grants 8 summon tag damage and 18% summon crit chance against tagged enemies. It causes asteroid fragments to fall upon the targetted enemy when they hit by summons.
