Reflecting projectiles with the Frozen Polestar

The Frozen Polestar is a hardmode unique melee spinner weapon. Holding down the use button causes the weapon to be spun around indefinitely damaging and knocking back any enemy that comes in range, while also inflicting the Frostbite debuff on them. The player will face the side that the cursor is while using this weapon and enemies will only be knocked in the direction the player is facing.

Projectile reflection

Right clicking while spinning the weapon will cause it to spin faster and reflect most projectiles back at enemies, damaging them. The reflection window lasts for 20 frames and has a 2 second cool down between uses.

Notes

• This weapon can damage enemies behind the player, but will knock them over the player with a high chance of them hitting the player while doing so.
• Reflected projectiles damage scales with difficulty.
• A swing sound effect will play when the reflection cool down timer is over.

Trivia

• The name of the weapon is a reference to the star that the earth's north pole points to, that being Polaris, as the weapon itself spins around.
