Attacking enemies with the Motorized Pizza Cutter

The Motorized Pizza Cutter is a hardmode melee weapon dropped from Pizza Delivery Snowmen. On use it functions like mechanical tool, and deals constant damage to enemies, and it summons a larger spinning blade that homes into enemies and ignores 15 defense when hitting an enemy. The spinning blade has a 1.5 second cooldown before it can be summoned again, and can hit enemies up to 10 times.
