The Thorax summoning homing beetles

The Thorax is a Post-Golem yo-yo that summons homing beetles 3 times a second while it is held out. The beetles have a chance to inflict the Beetle Swarm debuff on enemies which lowers their movement speed. The beetles hit twice and have 10 armor penetration. The Thorax can be held out for an infinite amount of time.
