The Feather Command Staff is a summoner weapon crafted from feathers and Evil bars. On use it summons a magical feather minion that floats above enemies and fires out a spinning feathers which slowly home into them and can hit 3 times. The feathers are fired at a somewhat slow rate and cause the minion to recoil.
