The Nebula flame splitting into smaller nebula bolts, and them homing into enemies and passing through tiles

The Nebula Storm is a magic weapon obtained from the drops of the Nebula Pillar. Every use sends out a nebula dust projectile that explodes into 6-8 nebula bolts when it reaches the location of where the player's cursor was when fired. The small bolts home in on enemies and pass through tiles.
