Attacking enemies with both attacks of the Icicle Scepter.

The Icicle Scepter is a pre-hardmode magic weapon that is a direct upgrade to the icicle staff, and crafted from it with an evil material. Left clicking rapidly fires out icicles with a small spread that inflict the Glacial Burn debuff. Right clicking fires out a large spinning icicle at a much slower rate, but consumes more mana each time. The large icicle can pierce up to 4 times, slows down each time it hits an npc, and bounces off tiles.

• The right click has a reuse delay of 36 frames, meaning a large icicle can be summoned every 48 frames.

Trivia

• This is the only magic weapon in the game to have an alt fire, and one that consumes a different amount of mana.
