The Heart Piercer rapidly stabbing enemies and losing accuracy

The Heart Piercer is a pre-hardmode spear crafted from Bloody Drops and evil bars. It can stab very quickly, but each stab lowers the accuracy up until a spread of 40 degrees. Not using the weapon very quickly returns the accuracy back to normal.
