The Tidal Blast is a pre-hardmode magic spell tome crafted from materials in the Ocean biome. Each use fires out an orb of water that splashes into smaller water projectiles on impact with tiles or enemies. The main water projectile has 5 armour penetration, and the smaller projectiles have 10.
