Hemoglobin Armor is a Pre-Hardmode armor set crafted from Demonite/Crimtane Bars and Bloody Drops

It consists of the Hemoglobin Helmet, Hemoglobin Breastplate and Hemoglobin Greaves.

The set grants a flat 18 defense, a +10% buff to melee damage and melee critical strike chance, and a 12% buff to melee and movement speed. Its set bonus makes 6 to 8 of blood orbs explode out of any enemy struck with a melee weapon. This has a 3 second cooldown, and the blood orbs deal 50% of the base damage of the weapon that player is holding and will slowly home into enemies.
