The Glacial Claws are a pre-hardmode tinker of the Raptor Claws, and the insulated cuffs. It grants all the effects of the Raptor Claws, alongside the ability for Melee Weapons and Whips a 1 in 3 chance to inflict Glacial Burn for 5 seconds. It also grants 2 defense.

Notes

• The armor penetration and speed bonuses stack with the base ingredients, and since the Insulated cuffs grant a different debuff, they technically stack.
• While the insulated cuffs allow all weapons to inflict a debuff, this accessory limits it to just melee and whips.
• The bones in the recipe lock it behind skeletron.
• It gains an additional defense from nowhere, as the ingredients only have a combined 1 defense.
