The Perfectly Normal Mask is a vanity mask that is dropped from the Perfectly Normal Derpling. it resembles a disfigured Derpling head with it's mouth stretched open lined with sharp teeth, where the player's face peeks through the opened jaw.

NPC quotes

When wearing this mask, all NPCs have a chance to say one of the following lines when talked to:

• "What the heck is that thing on your head?"
• "Wh..what did you have to kill to get that?"
• "Your mask is scaring me!"

Humorously this also applies to Town pets.

Notes

• If the player is wearing the mask and dies it plays the the unused Roar 2 sound effect.

• Holding Shift with the cursor over the object turns to tooltip into "SUFFER!!!" in dark blue.
