The aura slowing down an enemy.

The Frozen Pendant is a pre-hardmode accessory that has a chance to generate in frozen chest, and can also drop from enemies in the underground ice biome. When equipped and in a snow or underground ice biome it grants the Blizzard Empowerment buff, which creates a snowy blizzard aura around the player that inflicts the Blizzarded debuff onto non-boss enemies that slows down their movement.

It also always grants immunity to the chilled debuff

Pendant Parity

If the player is also wearing the Wooden Pendant or Mandible Pendant then the effects of this accessories will also be active when in a forest/desert biome respectively, and vice versa. If the player has either of these items in their inventory then an extra tooltip line will appear for each saying so.
