The Lunatic Hood of Command is an expert exclusive accessory that is obtained from the Lunatic Cultist treasure bag. When equipped it summons a mini cultist minion on both sides of the player that fire homing shadow fireballs at enemies dealing 120 base damage.

Notes

• The damage of the shadow fireballs is affected by the players classless damage buffs.
• The Cultist will face whatever direction the player is.
• The Cultists can attack enemies on the other side of the wall to the player if they stand up against them.
• Each Cultist can target its own enemy.
• The Cultists will immediately despawn if the player unequips the accessory or dies, and a higher pitched Lunatic Cultist death sound will play.
• The Cultist will target enemies targeted via any summoner weapon.

Trivia

• The mini cultist act like the Fake Cultist clones, they always remain to the side of the player/Cultist and fire out Shadow Fire Balls
