The Osseous Ring is a combination of the Bone Hawk Ring and Pandora's Box. It has a 25*1/4 (25%) chance to inflict a unique Weakness debuff for 6 seconds after attacking an enemy. The Weakness debuff reduces the enemy's movement speed by 25%, reduces its contact damage by 10%, and makes it emit gray particles when on solid ground.

Scepters debuffs will also deal twice their usual damage, and ghost minion projectiles will travel at twice the speed.
