The Storm Cloak is an Expert Mode accessory obtained from the Treasure Bag dropped from the Dust Devil. When equipped, taking damage will reflect nearby enemies and projectiles away from the player. Reflected projectiles will become friendly, and deal damage to enemies.
Notes
- When boosted with the Crown of Blood, it will have a stronger reflection effect.
- When boosted with the The Reconstruction, taking damage will spawn explosions which inflict Hellfire and Frostbite.
