Fishy Fins are an accessory sold by the Exporter for 2. While equipped, being outside of water or honey will grant you 20 seconds of the Gills buff. They can be equipped with any helmet and do not overwrite other head accessories. Their item sprite and equipped sprites will share the same color as your skin.
Notes
- This effect stacks with the Breath Conserver, granting 30 seconds of the Gills effect while outside of water.
